Then Naito was attacked by Chris Jericho, and The Rainmaker called out Omega for his 13th IWGP title defense, and Hiromu Takahashi won the Best of Super Juniors and everything came up roses on a card that was damn near perfect.

To add to the title picture The Young Bucks challenged current IWGP Heavyweight tag Team Champions SANADA and Evil of LIJ. Junior Tag tearaways Roppingi 3K tried once again to regain their IWGP Jnr. heavyweight titles.
