Goal Setting Using NLP Modifications

It is 2022! We are coming into this New Year with a spirit of hope and excitement, and I have some great tips for you to make your goals this year.

I start out with the SMART acronym:

• Specific,  simple, see yourself
• Measurable,  meaningful to you
• As if now, achievable, all areas of your life
• Realistic, responsible / ecological
• Time-bound, toward what you want

And I wanted to give you the tools to go even farther with these goals so I added some Neuro-Linguistic Programming modifications to each step.
