Welcome to one of my new favorite forms of Real Estate Investing. It’s called the Wholesale Rehab Option

To my knowledge there is nobody else who is doing deals like this, and you can own your market with this strategy.  Remember…it’s about control without ownership.

This strategy has all the benefits of the other strategies I teach on this podcast and a few others:
