Most of us would assume that exercises like yoga or pilates would be the perfect fit for moms postpartum but they actually require modifications in order for them to support the healing of ab separation that occurs during pregnancy. In this episode, Catherine talks all about healing postpartum, considerations for the healing core via yoga and everyday activities - especially in healing diastasis recti.
