Charlie is an inspiration to the younger generation as he has led the radio station from day one from an idea and vision to hosting the Christmas Lights Switch On for both Kettering Borough Council and North Northamptonshire Council.
Charlie's passion for radio is clear to see (and hear!) and he is also helping the future generations by leading the Shire Sounds Radio Academy - an academy for young people to learn broadcasting skills.
In this recording, you'll hear Charlie share both the positives and negatives of the radio station and he talks about why radio broadcasting is good for businesses as well.
