In this episode I speak on meditation and how it relates to getting yourself out of stressful times. Everyone deals with chronic stress from time to time and I have found that meditation has now started a pattern of helping me pull myself out of those times and lets me head off into the next chapter of my life. I highly recommend trying this out yourself if you find yourself in a difficult spot.
