Hello again,

beautiful to have you with us for the 5th episode. We are still in Manfredonia, so east coast of Italy, just north of Bari.

In this episode we talk about the magic of our morning time, spent alone in our own energy and how important it is for both of us to make this space, no excuses total acceptance. From there we speak about the movement of energy and how we feel so deeply if we are brave. Sadly we had to delete one recording as the quality was really bad. So any reference in this one to the 'conversation yesterday' will make no sense. Oh well we are learning and embracing it all.
