A few years ago over a coffee & pastry, Hope Caldwell and I sat down to talk about how you know when you're ready to take the proverbial "big leap" into entrepreneurship. That day she was full of dreams, excitement, and of course a bit of anxiety about the unknown.

Fast forward nearly 18 months and Hope is now the founder of not one, but two incredible organizations, KLH Group and Doors to Dream. She leapt, and then some.

What's inspiring about Hope's story is that her journey into owning a business is is fully grounded in what lights her up. She brought together her passion for producing high-end events, with a deeper purpose of giving back and creating change in the world. KLH Group is thought leader in producing socially conscious corporate events, while Doors to Dream is bringing joy to kids facing terminal illness through joyful backyard clubhouse builds.
