[Excerpt from YouTube video] Many find it hard to go “No Contact” with someone they really want to contact... imagine that with a Narcissist. Going no contact is probably one of the hardest phases in the start of the healing process and it’s due to the “addiction” to the Narcissist.
Though it may be hard, it’s NOT impossible. Of course, this all depends on how serious you are about your healing and how serious you are about reclaiming your life back.
