Four OSHA inspectors -- a priest with two days to retire, a sentient fruitcake, a bored valley girl, and a hobo with a shotgun -- raid the Taco Bell Test Kitchen. They are suddenly warped to the kitchen's secret toilet factory where they have to battle Martha Stewart and "Snoop" the Smoke Monster.
