We do not realize how much power we have until we say ‘No’ when it is needed. Sometimes, we go against our instincts and say ‘yes’ because we want to please others. In that moment, we are betraying ourselves and our truth.

We must be clear when we say 'No'. We must not come from a reactionary place. We need to come from an aware and conscious place. In this alignment, we will be able to express the reason behind our ‘No’ in a clear and concise way without backing down.

Remember to put yourself first and always come from a place full of love.
