Computer says No!

It's something we fear because of rejection. Gaaahhhh! Does someone saying no to me mean that I'm a defective person? Well, logically it doesn't, however it can cut us to the quick at times. We experiment with a re-frame of no as the gateway to yes enables it to be welcomed rather than avoided.

Saying no to others is, it turns out, just as tricky as receiving a no. Blimey.
