No equipment ever solved a behavior problem. You must train your dog but use the appropriate equipment. Sometimes it could be a specific harness, leash or collar up to and including prong collars and ecollars. 

*Don't judge until you understand that EVERY tool must be used by educated, responsible dog handlers under guidance of a professional who knows how to use these tools.
