We all have those days when we just don’t feel like showing up at all—days when we want to snooze the alarm, skip the gym, or ignore the plan and eat anything and everything. I still have those days, and it’s totally normal.
But real progress comes from doing the work daily, not just when we feel motivated. Yesterday, I attended an incredible seminar featuring David Goggins and other successful entrepreneurs.
