The only way to not have expectations is to see every indiscretion as a lesson, that way there are no enemies, just lessons learned.  You can't be mad at someone who teaches you something about them that you didn't know.  Instead of being angry, just realize that they are human (no matter how schtoopid they are).  For the ones that show you who they are on a daily basis, believe them and get them the fuck out of your energy!
