My Name is Rodrigo Cardona, and there's 2 things to know about me: I am disciplined and determined. I taught myself English fluently at the age of 13 as a newly minted immigrant from El Salvador. At age 23, I taught myself fitness and nutrition principles which has helped me tremendously to skyrocket a very good quality of life at age 35.
