The message is the same or similar to other self-help books, but cleverly written using f*bombs and reverse psychology.
It does not stop you from giving a fuck, but it helps you understand the process for deciding what fucks you want to give.
The one confronting question you should ask every time you look in the mirror.
"What should I give a fuck about.
That, ladies and gentlemen, is always the question.
