Fear is not of God and is low vibrational. This is week let’s do some shadow work. See what is you are afraid of. Journal or meditate what impact does fear have over your life. Fear by definition is painful agitation in the presence or anticipation of danger. When you release that our thought create our reality. You overstand why you must detach from fear. Where your attention goes grows. So if you are constantly feeding your fear with negative thoughts it will grow. You are very strong and can overcome this fearful mentality in order to reach your higher self. You got this!! Let that fear go. Dive into this episode to really release. If you need to seek professional help do so. Let go of what does not serve you. To combat fear you must set boundaries. That may look differently for everyone but it’s an important way to protect yourself. This can look like limiting social media, news, taking breaks from people etc. Protect your space and peace. You got this!!!
Affirmations- I release fear from my life. I am divinely protected. I am a spiritual being having a human experience. I have the power and dominion over my thoughts. I am allowing my intuition to guide me.
