In this episode of Subcontractor Revolution, Shahn discusses being direct when giving people answers and the fact that just the word "no" is a reasonable and acceptable answer. We should strive to remove "maybe" or any form of it from our answers and live by "yes" or "no." It can be hard but it is also completely acceptable to say no to clients when the pay, type of work, or even who you are working for isn't a good fit.
