in our millennial world, it's easy to get caught up in the size of our dreams and businesses. we fall into the misconception that if we're not constantly expanding, adding team members, making bigger sales, adding new services or experiences for our potential customers then we're not dreaming big. but, being a big dreamer isn't determined by the size of what we create— but, rather it's about the impact we make, even if it's just with ONE person.
