No Justice in Arkansas

Listen Later

In 1987, two teenage boys—Don Henry and Kevin Ives—were found dead on railroad tracks in Arkansas. Authorities called it an accident. They said the boys smoked 20 joints and fell asleep. That was their story.

The truth? They were murdered. And nearly every part of the investigation was either botched, buried, or actively covered up.

In this episode of Waywut, Darrell walks us through a case where:

  • A coroner lied under oath
  • A drug drop tied to Mena Airport went ignored
  • Witnesses kept dying—one was found burned, another stabbed, others “suicided”
  • Files were stolen, photos went missing, and evidence was locked away
  • A prosecutor was possibly at the scene—yes, at the scene
  • And the FBI redacted so much, it might as well be a CIA training manual

This isn’t just incompetence. It’s corruption. And it still hasn’t been made right.
