At least 25 people have been killed as the wildfires in California sweep through nearly 40,000 acres in the Greater Los Angeles area. Thousands of structures have been destroyed including home. Real estate investors are now making the problem worse by preying on those who lost their homes or price gouging in the rental market. The CA Governor is now trying to put a stop to that.
