For our Third "Side Quest" Adventure, Jeb has to race, and this time; it's personal.  

Part 3: The Race with Eddie the Trick is imminent. Jeb drops by Tuna's and reluctantly installs Nine to his bike. Joy is in danger and Jeb has to be there at the start line, so the team split up. Vivi and Retro head to save Joy at the abandoned warehouse set to blow and Jeb get's ready to take on Eddie, perhaps for the last time. Last minute surgery and Nine controlling jeb bikes bike await, on the finale of No Latency Side Quest, Racing for Joy.

The race is in a few hours and Jeb is gonna have to race if they can't find Joy, is the race over before it's begun?  Guest Star @Miss_magitek  joins the Side Quest this time on No Latency.

Can Vivi do surgery under pressure?

Can Jeb trust Nine with his bike?

What would Retro do to help his friends?
