I pulled a book from my library that is a great source of hope for me personally, and I wanted to share it with you, dear listener. The book is written by John Bunyan and is titled How to Pray in the Spirit: Thirty-One Devotional Readings on Personal Prayer.

The link for you to get the book is found here: https://www.kregel.com/christian-living-and-devotionals/how-to-pray-in-the-spirit-5540/

I read a pamphlet that I had in my personal library for a number of years. It addresses what revival is and what it means to be in the midst of one. This is done in two parts due to the length of the material presented.

The church that this material is coming from is Revive Church (formerly known as World Revival Church) of Kansas City, Missouri. The following are links to the archived site and to the current church page:

I read a verse in the Bible, 1 Samuel 30:6, and it was an important lesson in making the right choice. The choice to make is to encourage yourself in the Lord. I read an article I found online that addresses this very topic.

I sit down with my friend, Tracy Wainwright, for a little bit and this episode is a result of that conversation. You can find her books and reach out to Tracy for speaking events at the following places - her website and email address.

It is June (at the time of this recording), and I take a moment to reflect on where we are going and how the year started out getting us there. I read a blog post that addresses this very thing.

The link to the blog I read from can be found here: https://chandinimusings.blogspot.com/2024/09/halfway-through-year-moment-to-pause.html

I share a scripture verse that lays out a wonderful plan that will have an impact for generations to come. I read from Ruth 4:16-17. Pray over your children and your grandchildren and so on. Who knows what the plans and purposes the Lord has for your bloodline?
