There is no contest or competition in which to cheat.
It’s you and your food.
If a meal moves you forward, awesome.
If not, that’s fine, too.
It’s food and you ate it.
The reasons why will change from time to time.
You’re human.
You’ll have competing wants and desires.
You’ll want to get fit and healthy.
You’ll also want to eat in ways that don’t promote that.
Those statements can be true at the same time.
It might take work to reconcile the two, but you’re worth that work.
The only meal you can ever control is the one you’re eating.
