Representing Philadelphia, the rap trio of Tajj, Tarik, and Qu'ran known has Da Youngstas released their 3rd LP titled No Mercy in 1994. This album marked a time of growth for the group who started as kid rappers. Da Youngstas put forth a more mature sound with great production handled mostly by Marley Marl and K-Def that many hip-hop fans believe is the best in their discography.
