We are Dan Hulbert and Gary Sandford and what we share, we practice and can back up the content with over 50 years combined experience in construction and 12 years in property investment and development. Both our journeys started on the tools and progressed our careers in construction management. We were both craving more and wanting to work for ourselves, this separately led to pursue a career in property. We were both travelling down our own B roads and came together to create our very own A road where we are investing, developing and educating others in property and together created the Hulsford property group and Building on Solid Foundations education.
We decided it would be a good idea to share this combination of Practical Property experience and Building Knowledge through our podcast. We understand there are a lot of moving parts in property and the world is saturated with theory, but what is needed is practical wisdom and that is exactly what we offer.
