Sometimes, maybe even often times, the thought of going to church is just a chore. It’s something we do because we always have. We might go to avoid feeling guilty as if we failed a required obligation. Whether it’s a matter of keeping routine, raising kids, or avoiding guilt, going to church can sometimes be a chore.
