On this week's episode, I talk to get into a conversation on anxiety. Webster's dictionary defined anxiety as a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome.
Most of us have struggled with anxiety at one point in our lives. And for some of us, it's a constant battle. But God says in the Philippines 4:6-7 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
I pray this week's episode helps you release all your anxious thoughts, and can finally say no more anxiety.
