This was a truly inspirational chat with Selena, and you can tell just how much it means to her to help improve the lives of others.

We spoke of many things, including :

  • The need to let go of perfection, learning by mistakes
  • Positions are temporary, rank and titles are limited but, the way you treat people will always be remembered
  • The importance of helping and impacting the lives of others
  • Paving the way for others, like those that have paved the way for us
  • Pulling others up as you climb and the importance of representation
  • Life takes you places, but you end up where you are supposed to be

We hope you enjoy
