Unabashed You

No One is Coming - episode 172

Listen Later

No one is coming.  There will be no rescues, no one to do the thing for you.  Sure you will have your people, and they will be there for support and encouragement, to love you.  When it comes to the work, the doing, the actual healing, well that’s all you.  Peg Ruppert is here to share with us the hope and possibilities there are to thrive.  She especially wants to share steps to help recover yourself fully post divorce.

About 37% of US marriages end in divorce.  While that is actually lower than I guessed  it still happens, and it’s still painful.  You don’t hear about too many carefree, happy marriages deciding to call it quits.  Quite unexpectedly, Peg has become something of an expert.  She took her corporate work and applied it to the personal arena.  Voila!  This huge pivot of rediscovering yourself has become her passion as she looks to help those who want to do more than survive, those who want to do the work, and thrive.

You can find Peg through her website Rediscover You Post Divorce or on Instagram at Thrive Post Divorce.
