Scripture: Revelation 12:1-11
Christmas did not bring peace on earth, but it started war in heaven and war on earth (Revelation 12:1-9). But the baby born two thousand years ago accomplished four things (Revelation 12:10-11):

<li>The plan of salvation was accomplished.</li>
<li>The Kingdom of Christ assured.</li>
<li>The evil will finally be destroyed. and</li>
<li>Until then the people of God will live by faith and stand firm no matter what happens.</li>

Marathon Fellowship is a multi-generational group focused on Bible study, prayer, fellowship, and serving others—both at Stonebriar Community Church. and through missions around the world. We meet weekly on Sundays at 10:45 a.m. in B219. Our current teacher is Dr. Stephen Kim, Professor of Bible Exposition at Dallas Theological Seminary. Previous teachers have included Dr. Stanley Toussaint, Wayne Stiles, and Rhome van Dyck among other guests.
