Overview: I think we would all agree that we live in an imperfect world, do you agree- Yet how many here would be willing to admit that you seem to always be searching for perfection. That search most often however entails the search for the perfect job. The perfect car. The perfect body. The perfect house. The perfect bank account. The perfect spouse for those who are not married of course. Even that perfect outfit to make that perfect fashion statement. We are always wanting everything to be just perfect aren-t we- Yet we just can-t seem to get there can we- See we must understand that these perfect things we seek by our own design will not be found in an imperfect world. When we seek our will over the will of God we will never feel as we have enough. We will if we are wise enough to open our eyes to see what He is showing us recognize that he is speaking to us. If we will listen to hear what He is telling us then we should see that perfection is only found in Him. We will never obtain perfection in this life, but as Christians through faith in Jesus Christ. I what you to know that Perfection will be obtained when we reach heaven. For revival to take place in our hearts we must develop a determination to seek perfection only through Jesus Christ. Tonight I want us to look at Paul. See Paul I do believe really had a clear understanding of this and an examination of his life reveals this fact to us.
