For this episode, the final week of December, the final week of a tumultuous 2020, I wanted to focus on releasing all the chaos, stress, and burdens of 2020, so that we may start 2021 off with fresh energy.

With all the stress and chaos of everyday life, we all need a few moments to find some solace, some peace, some comfort. Using affirmations, gratitude, guided meditations and more I will take you on a journey to reconnect with yourself, with your body, and with your soul. Unlike many others though we will not solely focus on good vibes and positivity only. Here we will work on all of it, we will feel things deeply, we will do shadow work and more.
