Taking risks is second nature to this week's special guest, Kim Bottoms. 

Kim walks us through how she ended up in Nashville after graduating from Nebraska (corn husking is apparently not a competitive sport). From event planning to working at the iconic A&F she has climbed the corporate ladder and took big risks to get where she is today. 

The new life motto - "if you're comfortable, the risk wasn't big enough".
