Drawing from Revelation 1–2, we explore Christ's message to the church at Ephesus—a church that was strong in doctrine, faithful in ministry, and influential in the world, yet had drifted from what mattered most. Through the remarkable history of Ephesus and Jesus' sobering words, we're reminded that it's possible to be busy doing the work of God while slowly losing our love for God and for people. This message is a powerful call to return to our first love, refocus on the heart of the Gospel, and ask the searching questions: Who do I need to love again? What have I allowed to replace my devotion to Christ?
