I have a question for you … when was the last time you had sex? The last time you were intimate with your partner. Do you remember the date? The month? How about the year?

A sexless relationship can make your heart hurt. Can make you hesitant to even touch your partner. Can make you feel extremely disconnected. It’s almost certain that left unaddressed it will end in separation and divorce. 

Find the underlying causes and feelings. Commit to understanding and resolving the problems. Make it an absolute priority, not just something on your to-do list, but put it right at the top. Together, you are a team. Together, you can solve the other issues in your lives. So the first task is to strengthen your “together”.

At some point, we’re all going to get to that point where we say “How the hell did I get to be this age?”. It’s even worse when that number flips to starting with a six. But this isn’t a time for decline, absolutely not. It’s time to live!
