there’s NO SHAME in leaving that situation (job, relationship....anything). You don't need to “save face” or stick around because you are obligated.  You’re not admitting defeat. Leaving doesn't mean you're a quitter or that you're irresponsible.  It simply means you are at cause and taking responsibility for your own life!
