Journalist and writer Charu Kumarhia talks to her sister - Pooja Kumarhia Patel about her efforts to become a mother. 

Patel was selected to contribute to this year’s Brown Girl Magazine’s published anthology.  She talks openly about her journey thru infertility, miscarraige, losing a son born through an emergency c-section - and the birth of her daughter through a surrogate earlier this year.
