Season 1 finale brings us United Soccer Coaches Director of Coaching Education Ian Barker! On the podcast we speak on how Ian and I met and how he has turned into a mentor of mine. We speak on how Ian came to the states and his time as a college coach as well as his time as the Minnesota Youth Soccer DOC. We hit on Ian's role within ODP, what he thinks is missing from the youth game here in America and he also speaks on a topic that I found valuable which Is the possible pathway from grass roots coach to professional!
