We go into the second half with a strong start having Shea Groom as this episodes guest! Shea has been absolutely buzzing this past season helping the Houston Dash win the NWSL Challenge Cup, scoring NWSL's Goal Of The Year and being called into the U.S. Women's National Team Camp. Shea is a local KC product who has trained by some of the best coaches In not only youth soccer but professional as well and she talks about how those experiences helped shape her into the athlete she is today. We go into her HS and college days at Liberty HS and Texas A&M and talk about a new favorite part of the podcast of mine as of late, her Draft Day story. I don't think Shea has any plans on slowing down and hints at having a new level she is still training to reach (Scary I know).
