Episode 2 brings us Ms. Ellie Jean all the way from the Netherlands where she plays for PSV Eindhoven. Ellie was a teammate of season 2 guest Maddie Nolf at Penn State where they won a national championship! I am really happy I was able to get Ellie on because her story was AMAZING! Hearing about her early days in Connecticut, to her time at Penn State where she was ready to get more involved around social injustice issues, all the way to how she is handling those same important issues across the Atlantic. Ellie also opens up about a depressive funk she was in while at University and how she was able to fight back and come back mentally tougher than ever! Next episode will feature a NCAA Div. 1 assistant coach/head of recruitment.
