    SHOW NOTES

What happens when you have a big dream, but the people around you keep telling you to be “realistic”? In this episode, I’m giving you the love, encouragement and unwavering support I wish I had received when I was younger and wanted to chase my dreams. We’re talking about how other people’s fears and limitations can quietly become your beliefs, the habits that keep you stuck after you start doubting yourself, and why your current circumstances are not proof of what is possible for your future. I’m also sharing the two practices giving me massive results right now. Get ready to fill your heart and soul with power, possibility and the reminder that yes—you f*ing can.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • How childhood teasing, comparison and lack of representation can slowly cut down a dream
    • The difference between people who expect bad news and people who are ready to celebrate and hype you up
    • The discouraging messages we hear from family, society and the internet about chasing our dreams
    • Why comments like “be realistic,” “the market is too saturated” and “don’t get your hopes up” can become internal limitations
    • How seeking permission, proof or approval can pull you away from your own knowing
    • The habits that keep you stuck, including over-preparing, perfectionism, comparison and holding yourself back
    • How you can become a “belief thief” by repeating other people’s limitations to yourself
    • Why minimizing yourself and your dreams may feel safer than risking embarrassment or rejection
    • How to flip limiting statements by remembering they reflect someone else’s beliefs—not your potential
    • The true cost of staying comfortable, stuck or small
    • Why your current reality does not determine what is possible for your future
    • Why you do not need anyone else to cosign on your dreams
    • The reminder that you are worthy and exactly right for the life you want

    SHOW NOTES

Have you ever heard the phrase “come home to yourself” and thought, That sounds beautiful—but how the F do I actually do that when I’ve never felt at home in myself to begin with? In this episode, I’m sharing what being disconnected from yourself can look like in everyday life. We’re talking about people-pleasing, self-trust, confidence, boundaries, and why learning who you are might require getting comfortable with disappointing people, and even going the “wrong” way sometimes. I’m also walking you through the simple four-step formula I used to begin reconnecting with myself so you can stop outsourcing your life and start building a relationship with the person whose opinion matters most: you.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • What “coming home to yourself” actually means when you’ve never felt connected to who you are
    • How pushing through overwhelm can disconnect you from your body and your needs
    • The everyday signs that you’ve outsourced your choices and decision-making to other people
    • Why asking everyone for advice can weaken your self-trust and confidence
    • How people-pleasing, fear of criticism, and fear of being selfish keep you disconnected from yourself
    • Why putting your own needs first is necessary—not wrong
    • How to make decisions without needing everyone else to agree with you
    • Why making the “wrong” choice can still help you discover what is right for you
    • What sovereignty, self-trust, independence, and inner confidence look like in real life
    • My four-step formula for reconnecting with yourself through awareness, daily commitment, self-connection, and joy
    • How to start listening to your body, mind, emotions, soul, energy, and source
    • Why experimenting, playing, and changing your mind are essential parts of finding your joy

If you’ve ever worried that setting a boundary, putting your needs first, or not responding right away will make you seem rude, this episode is for you. I’m talking about the double standard people-pleasers are constantly fighting against: the pressure to be endlessly accommodating in order to be seen as kind. I share how this pattern shows up in my own life, why trying to control what other people think will never bring you peace, and what I’m learning to do instead. We’re flipping the definition of “rude” on its head and looking at what it really means to choose yourself.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • The double standard between being kind and being considered rude
    • Why people-pleasers are so afraid of being misunderstood
    • The fear of disappointing people or becoming the subject of negative gossip
    • How people-pleasing teaches you to put your needs aside
    • The ways you inconvenience yourself to keep other people comfortable
    • Why other people’s opinions have less to do with you than you think
    • How someone can decide you’re rude no matter how kind you are
    • Why setting boundaries and prioritizing yourself can feel uncomfortable
    • Learning to finish what you’re doing instead of immediately responding to other people
    • How to get more comfortable with being uncomfortable
    • My simple two-step formula for breaking people-pleasing habits
    • Using awareness and daily commitment to create new patterns
    • A card pull and a heart chakra sound healing moment

    —————

In this episode of No Thanks, Unsubscribe, we’re talking about the life pattern of losing yourself and finding yourself again.

If you’re trying to change your life, become a better version of yourself, shift old habits, or reconnect with who you are now, this one is for you.

I’m sharing why I took a break from the show, what happened when I started feeling disconnected from the things that used to bring me joy, and how that disconnection pulled me back into some old patterns I thought I had outgrown.

We’re also talking about living in your head, learning to listen differently, and why every new season of life changes us — whether we feel ready for it or not.

This episode includes an oracle deck reading, a short sound healing, and a personal life update on officially being divorced, finding clarity in my business, and realizing why rituals are becoming such a big part of this next chapter.

    In this episode:

    • Losing yourself and finding yourself again
    • Changing your life from the inside out
    • Feeling disconnected from joy
    • Backsliding into old habits
    • Living in your head vs. reconnecting with yourself
    • Life transitions, divorce, business clarity, rituals, and growth

  • 65. Stop living in your head, and follow this simple formula instead

The show has been on hiatus, but we’re coming back.

In this mini episode, I’m sharing a little update on where I’ve been, what shifted while I was away, and why I’m leaning fully into the new name of the podcast: No Thanks, Unsubscribe.

This name has become more than a title. It has become my life’s motto.

While I originally took a break to find myself again, I ended up feeling even more lost for a while. But through ritual, reflection, and recommitting to myself again and again, I found my way back into deeper alignment.

In this mini episode, I talk about how easy it is to slide back into old habits, why so many of us are trained to live from our heads instead of our souls, and why I believe the real work is learning how to listen inward.

Because life gets a lot simpler when you stop outsourcing every answer.

    The formula is simple:

If my soul says yes, I go in that direction. If it says no, I say: No thanks, unsubscribe.

In this mini episode, I share:

    • why the podcast name changed
    • why we need to keep recommitting to ourselves
    • how living in our heads disconnects us from our truth
    • why listening to the soul may be the simplest way to rebuild life from the inside out
    • when the next full episode is coming

A full episode is coming on July 7th 2026.

Until then, this is your little reintroduction to the new era of the show.

    ✨ Show Notes

    If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed…
like you’re constantly thinking, trying, pushing — but nothing is actually changing…

    This episode is for you.

In my experience, overwhelm isn’t something to fix.

    It’s a signal.

A signal that you’ve disconnected from yourself.

And the more you try to push through it, figure it out, or “get on top of everything”… the worse it gets.

    In this episode, I’m sharing:

    • What overwhelm is actually telling you
    • Why pushing through it keeps you stuck
    • How I got caught in the cycle again (even knowing better)
    • What I did to come back to myself and finally feel clarity again
    • A simple way to pause and reconnect in real time

This is the exact shift that changed everything for me — and it’s the foundation of the process I now use to come back to myself again and again.

    You don’t need more answers.
You don’t need a better plan.

You need to come back to yourself.

    ⚠️ Quick note

I’m taking a short pause from the podcast while I come back to myself more fully and refine the direction of this work.

I’ll be back soon — with more clarity, and a deeper version of what I’m here to share.

Make sure you’re subscribed so you don’t miss it.

    🎧 And for now…

    Take a breath.
    Pause.
    Come back to yourself.

    That’s where everything shifts.

  • 63. When good enough is good enough aka I had an out-of-body experience, and even that felt like it wasn’t good enough. This is what I did to turn myself around

This is the first episode in my “enough” series.

I had an out-of-body experience… and still felt like it wasn’t good enough to be something I could offer in my business.

Which, looking back, is kind of wild.

    In this episode, I’m sharing:

    • how “not feeling good enough” was actually showing up in my life (and how it might be showing up in yours)
    • how I downplayed something that literally changed my life
    • the push and pull of knowing I had something powerful… and still not choosing it
    • what happened during my out-of-body experience, and how it evolved into the Phoenix Rising meditation
    • why this energy keeps you stuck and blocks what you’re trying to call in
    • how this was keeping me from fully stepping into my life and my work
    • what I’m doing now instead, and what’s actually shifting

    This isn’t about becoming “better.”

It’s about seeing where you’ve decided something isn’t enough… even when it is.

And what becomes available when you stop doing that.

  • 62. How to take aligned action every time aka stop taking advice from people unless it’s custom and do this instead

In this episode, I talk about what shifted when I stopped relying on outside guidance and started trusting myself.

For years, I thought I needed more education, more validation, and someone else to show me the “right” way. Even when I knew I wanted to help people, I held myself back because I didn’t feel ready.

Now? I’m moving without overthinking every step — and it’s working.

I share the simple practice I use to connect inward, access my own answers, and take aligned action (including the two questions I ask my future self).

    We also get into:

    • Why external guidance can sometimes pull you further from alignment

    • What it actually feels like to trust yourself

    • Why “wrong” moves are part of the path

    • How life events that don’t make sense at the time can be exactly what leads you into your power

If you’ve been stuck in overthinking, pressure, or waiting until you feel “ready” — this episode will shift something.

  • 61. Full Moon Manifesting Magic aka Amplify the Identity of the Woman You’re Becoming & Watch Your Life Shift

Manifesting didn’t used to work for me.

    Vision boards. Schedules. Rituals.
    Nothing stuck. Nothing shifted.

In this episode (Part 3 of my Moon Manifesting mini-series), I’m sharing what actually changed — and why things in my life are finally moving.

Divorce progress after 8 months of feeling trapped.
    Ads converting.
    Unexpected opportunities.
Energy syncing with my cycle instead of fighting it.

    This isn’t coincidence.
    It’s alignment.

    We’re talking about:

    • 🌕 How to use the Full Moon for identity amplification
    • 🔥 Why manifesting fails when you don’t embody the version of you who already expects it
    • 🧠 The observer effect + neuroscience behind alignment
    • 🐎 Harnessing the energy of the Year of the Fire Horse
    • 🌊 Why syncing with moon cycles feels more powerful than forcing the calendar

And I’m breaking down the 3 practices that shifted everything for me:

    1. Phoenix Rising Meditation (formerly The Inner Sound Check)
    2. Moon practices that match my energy
    3. Sunday Reset for nervous system + identity recalibration

This episode is for the woman who’s craving more, who’s tried all the “fixes,” and is ready to stop chasing and start becoming.

Full Moon manifesting isn’t about wishing harder.

It’s about amplifying the woman you’re already becoming.

  • 60. Manifesting with the New Moon aka How I Simplified Manifesting to Actually See Results

For a long time, I thought manifesting was either a scam… or something everyone else understood except me.

    Vision boards.Rigid routines.“High vibe only” rules.Calendars and schedules I couldn’t stick to.

    And zero real results.

In this episode, I’m sharing how I stopped trying to force manifestation through productivity culture… and started aligning with something that actually works for me: the New Moon.

    We talk about:

    • Why manifesting wasn’t working (and how I started thinking it was a joke)
    • The pressure to “do it right” and why that killed my momentum
    • Releasing the calendar year mindset and aligning with moon cycles instead
    • The science and symbolism of the moon (yes, it literally moves the tides)
    • Why variety matters in a spiritual practice (especially as a Manifesting Generator)
    • The origin story of my moon manifesting book — and what I misunderstood back then
    • The hard truth: the practice wasn’t the problem… my lack of action was
    • What shifted when I combined surrender with actual movement
    • The Delulu Challenge and how changing my perspective changed my results
    • Using Human Design and self-connection to choose beliefs on purpose
    • Getting into the energy of what I want (yes, including Dreamlight Valley parallels)
    • The ER story that reframed everything
    • The New Moon ritual I just completed
    • And the results from the entire lunar phase that are honestly freaking me out

    If you’ve ever:

    • Felt like manifestation works for other people but not you
    • Struggled to stay consistent with rituals or routines
    • Wondered if you’re “doing it wrong”
    • Or wanted a simpler, more aligned way to call things in

    This episode will land.

Because the magic isn’t in the aesthetic ritual.

    It’s in:

    • surrender
    • self-awareness
    • aligned action
    • and actually being willing to believe something different

The New Moon isn’t about being mystical for the sake of it.

    It’s about resetting your energy.
    Releasing the “shoulds.”
    Choosing your beliefs.
    And taking small, embodied action.

Something is clearly working — and in this episode, I break down what changed.

Next week: we’re talking Full Moon energy and what gets revealed when you actually follow through.
