In todays episode I talk about my suicide attempt,I explain that suicide attempts are not the best result to end your life it’s not worth it,suicide will be stronger then your thoughts,but live your best lives suicide is not the best it comes with trauma and death,so be stronger then your mind physically and mentally and don’t let your emotions get the best of you .
