My synopsis after the completion of a 2 week Pre-Training of my current coaching group embarking on their first Quarter experience in what I call the Apprenticeship Arena.

These men started for various reasons and come from different construction backgrounds. 

Their reasons are personal to them and won't be shared but what I will share is what the common themes were.

When the one of the first clients video mission was posted in a private FB group of vulnerability of WHO HE WAS, I shortly after received a message of NO WAY AM I GOING TO BE ABLE TO DO THAT!!

Needless to say, this client completed the assignment once he realized that watching another man be VULNERABLE, it gave himself permission to be vulnerable. 

Something that he never thought was possible. 

This set the tone for the rest of the Pre-Training which at the end created a massive transformation in the Men which is only going to compound in the next 90 days. 

Seeing men shed their MASKS and being REAL and RAW is what lights me on fire. 

This podcast started when an Inspector friend of mine took his own life. In his honor, I vow to keep going since I get as much out of this as the Men who step into the Arena.
