Food Insecurity has been a buzzword in our society for the past few years. With supply chain issues, climate change, and a handful of other issues, we are no longer able to assume that our grocery stores will have the food we need, especially in low-income communities. In this episode, I have my sister Katie on to really get into this idea of people not having the basic necessity of fresh and healthy food available to them.
