Our guest today is Myranda Bennett Wakíŋyaŋ Wówakȟaŋ Hiŋháŋ. She has been raised in her traditional Lakȟóta teachings through her maternal side, her mother Anne tȟáȟča čhaŋté a Holy Woman and keeper and have bestowed her teachings to her. Through her initiations, she has earned the ability to help guide in ceremonial practice. Myranda is A Holy Guardian and keeper of her traditional medicines and this extends to her mission of holding all indigenous traditions safe and protected.
Myranda has also dedicated over 12 years to the Ancient Mystery Teachings inspired through her paternal line. She has studied the ritual and ceremonial practices of pre-colonial Egypt, Mesopotamia, Pre Religion Europe, and South American traditions. Her initiations include studies in esotericism, Qabalah, Ritual Mastery, and the Path of High Priestess. Myranda is an avid researcher in ancient philosophy, history, anthropology, and archeology.
Her work with Elder Willy Dunn matȟóȟota tȟáŋka over the last twenty years has helped her be able to traverse the other worlds and underworlds in safety and healing. Through many modalities, shadow work, and the understanding of Physical and Spiritual DNA she is equipped to guide patients into the healing of trauma and to help activate their supernatural abilities.
It has been Myranda’s mission to create a space where seekers can learn and embrace their ancestral teachings, spiritual gifts, and discipline. It is her vision to provide support and compassion to each student in a traditional way to dismantle the constructs of New Age dogma so we may return to integrity, transparency, and accountability in our spiritual practices. She believes the ancient teachings should be accessible to all who dedicate themselves to their ancestral and sacred practice.
