Noah was raised on a farm in rural Vermont with his 4 brothers and 2 sisters. A graduate of Boston College and Brooklyn Law School, Noah is a lawyer by trade but in 2014 he co-founded Ripple with one of his close friends Derek Hedges. Ripple helps organizations become more dynamic and culture-driven by gathering anonymous peer feeedback and sharing the data with the individual as well as his or her manager and owners. In short, Ripple is dead set on dismantling the traditional, dreaded "annual review".
