In this episode, host Noah interviews his mom, Gina.

Gina recalls her decision to move to London straight out of high school, in order to get away from her life in California. Soon after, she moved to Boston, MA, where she stayed for 26 years. She then moved back to California, after the birth of Noah. She talks about obstacles she overcame, and facing the fear of a new life. 

The conversation explores the complexities of the migrant experience, reflecting on the bravery, struggles, and triumphs of those who leave home and immigrate to start anew.
