This month we break the mold that Anxiety has wanted to lay in. This month we rise with power and tell anxiety, “YOU HAVE NO POWER OVER ME”. Mild, to extreme attacks today we stand and rise against. You are more than capable of taking your life back and restore your mental health. There are no excuses, no more blaming, no more excessive worry. If you are with me, rise and say with me; #NoAnxietyNovember
